❌ They won’t stick

Check your prep: Natural oils are the enemy. Clean your lashes and lids with an oil-free cleanser or micellar water before application. Dry completely.

Don’t touch the adhesive: Oils from your fingers can deactivate the bond. Always handle by the tip of the cluster, not the glue.

Too cold or too hot?: Adhesive performance can dip in extreme temps. Warm them slightly between your fingers if they feel stiff.

😵‍💫 They won’t sit right

Placement is key: Lashes should sit just under your natural lash line, not on the skin or above it.

Clusters too big? Trim the ends or mix lengths to fit your eye shape.

🧲 Lash won’t stay on

Tacky not sticky? Give the cluster a few seconds to soften and activate before pressing on. A warm breath helps.

Humidity drama: In steamy environments, press and hold each cluster for 10–15 seconds for a stronger bond.

🙄 Inner or outer corners lifting

Reinforce if needed: A tiny dab of lash-safe glue can secure the edges if you're in for a wild night.

Avoid rubbing: Tugging or touching your lashes too much? That’ll loosen the adhesive. Hands off, beauty.

🔥 Sticky Clusters?

Heat can make the pre-glued adhesive too tacky or stringy.

Try this:

Cool Down ❄️ – Pop the tray in the fridge for 10–15 mins.

No Fingers 🙅‍♀️ – Use tweezers or a lash applicator.

Skip the Mess 🖤 – Toss any cluster that are too sticky.

Extra Hold? 🔒 – Add a dot of clear lash glue if needed.

💤 Lashes falling off early

Sleep smart: Side sleepers, beware. Use a silk eye mask to protect your lashes overnight.

Oils & makeup removers: These break down the bond. Stick to oil-free products only.

⚠️ Irritation or reaction

Remove immediately if you feel burning, itching, or swelling.

Patch test next time: Always test a cluster on the outer corner before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.
