How long does my order take to ship?

All packages are aimed to be

shipped next working day for orders

placed before 2pm.

Postage charges are as follows

Evri Standard 2-4 working days

£4.34 for UK orders under £70.00.

Order's over £70.00 postage is

FREE.

International orders £12.50.

What is your return policy? 

We really hope you love your new

products but if you're dissatisfied with

something please contact us by email

at hello@lashdesignx.co.uk within 48

hours so that we can rectify the

problem.

If you've simply changed your mind

then please let us know within 14 days

of receiving your order by emailing us

at hello@lashdesignx.co.uk

Item's must be returned unopened

and in their original packaging for a full

refund.

We are unable to refund postage

costs.

Please include your order number in

the parcel and retain proof of postage

should any problems arise.
